We became passionately involved in defective concrete block testing and analysis when our own family home was impacted, as well as the homes of our wider friends and family. There was lack of transparency in the testing process and testing was taking an extended period of time to complete impacting those involved in buying or selling.  We knew that there had to be a better way to give buyers, sellers and repairers the information they needed to instill confidence.
